Rajpaul Sekhon is a trial lawyer who defends clients being accused of drug, firearm and violent offences. He is focused on defending his clients whose rights under The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms have been breached.
His experience includes conducting bail hearings to trials for those accused of some of the most serious offences in The Criminal Code of Canada and The Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
